Project Management

We complete your projects on time and within budget.

Methodology

Agile and Scrum are our default framework. 2-week sprints, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are conducted regularly. A hybrid of milestone-based waterfall can also be applied for large projects.

Sprint flow and iteration
  • Scrum — 2-week sprints
  • Kanban — continuous flow
  • Waterfall hybrid — milestone projects
  • Daily standup, sprint review, retrospective
Kanban

Kanban is preferred for operations requiring continuous flow. Scalable with Software Teams.

Tools

We track work with Jira, Linear, or Asana. Client access is provided to keep the backlog and progress visible.

  • Jira / Linear / Asana — task tracking
  • Confluence / Notion — documentation
  • Slack / Teams — daily communication
  • GitHub / GitLab — code and CI/CD

Communication and Reporting

We hold status meetings weekly or bi-weekly. Sprint reports, burndown charts, and risk lists are shared.

Data-driven reporting
Transparency

Important decisions are approved in writing; change request processes are clearly defined.

Risk Management

We conduct risk analysis at the outset. Technical debt, dependency supply chain, and resource shortages are common risks.

Early Detection

We minimize project deviations with early detection and mitigation plans.
